We had an excellent stay at The Bristol Hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and well appointed, the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The hotel was close to a lot of the attractions in Bristol city centre.

First time attending the restaurant of The Bristol, and it was lovely. The staff were warm and welcoming and very attentive. Along with the live music, pianist, the wine was delicious pared with the recommended pork belly. Served by Iain and Jasmine. 10/10.

Great overall experience. Good value for such a quality hotel. Visited Bristol for a weekend city break & had a package including breakfast and complimentary drink. Superior bedding, toiletries and the range and quality of the breakfast was excellent. Lovely staff!

We have just stayed two nights at the hotel, attending a conference there. The hotel has a great central location overlooking the quay area, with many restaurants and other attractions nearby. The reception staff were very helpful indeed. We liked the modern decor of the bedrooms and public areas. We had one evening meal in the restaurant which was good quality, serving staff were excellent. The car park linked to the hotel was also a good facility. When I return to Bristol I will certainly book this hotel again.

I recently traveled with my brother and my father, who uses a wheelchair, and we stayed at The Bristol Hotel. Our experience was absolutely outstanding. The hotel's location is fantastic—very central, with plenty of restaurants, activities, and a train station all within easy reach. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and our charming room comfortably accommodated the three of us. The accessible bathroom was spacious and equipped with all the necessary features, like grab bars and a shower chair. One significant advantage was the large parking lot next to the hotel, which includes side access and a covered parking area. This made it much easier for my father (and his wheelchair) to get in and out without getting wet. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, even before our arrival, answering all our questions and kindly fulfilling our requests with genuine generosity. I also highly recommend the breakfast, which is not only extensive and delicious but is served in a charming restaurant with a lovely view of the pier. We will definitely return to Bristol and stay here again!
