One of Bristol’s most exceptional meeting and event venues, this boutique hotel and luxury spa is set in an architecturally stunning, Grade-II listed building, right in the heart of the city. The hotel features three impressive, flexible rooms for any meeting, conference or event up to 400 attendees.
This impressive room has formed within the original banking vaults of the hotel and can provide a unique back drop for smaller events. From conferences and private dining to wedding ceremonies and drink receptions, we’ll work with you to create a package that works perfectly for the size and style of your event.
Walk down a candle lit staircase into the former vaults of Lloyds bank and enter into a bright event space with lights on independent dimmers, which can also create an atmospheric room for intimate or evening events. The room features a beautiful marble and iridescent wallpaper and includes the use of our built in Sonos sound system, should background music be required. We also have the option of dividing the far section, to create an independent boardroom or catering area.

We had our wedding at Bristol Harbour Hotel and had the most amazing day! Emma, our wedding coordinator, was fab throughout the entire planning process, and the staff on the day were amazing. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and were really pleased with our rooms - the breakfast is also amazing and exceeded my expectations! So recommend both as a wedding venue and as a place to stay :)

We stayed here for one night in July for my boyfriend's birthday. All the staff were friendly and they upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. However, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Quite a few areas for improvement... Spa facilities: The spa felt a bit rundown compared to a previous visit and could really benefit from a deep clean. Spa treatments: Unfortunately, both our treatments were not worth the money. My head massage felt like a joke, just a lot of tapping on my skull and forehead!? My boyfriend's body massage was okay but was too dry / had too much friction. Breakfast: We arrived for breakfast at 9:15am (it ends at 10am). The continental selection was quite limited, and it seemed items were not being replenished. When I asked if there were going to be any pastries available, I was told it would 'take too long to defrost' and that breakfast was 'finishing soon.' One waiter did manage to find one for me, but overall, the staff seemed focused on clearing up early. If breakfast runs until 10am, items should be restocked and available until that then. I could see other hotel members with the same confusion/disappointment.

I've found it hard to know what to say about this hotel. I was expecting a great spa hotel experience but sadly this was far from a good spa experience. We booked the spa and upon arrival the booking had not been reserved therefore we could only spend one hour in the spa over the weekend as there was no further availability. When I went to the spa to relax the disappointment of myself and friends was palpable. Calling this a spa is an overstatement. The room was poor, avoid room 352 is all I want to say. It smelled awful nearly all the time we were there. The windows are opaque and we felt like the room was lightless and was supposedly a premium room, I've been to plenty of premier inn hotels which had better rooms. Staff did their best to address this but were unsuccessful. There was some free gin upon arrival but no tonic unless we bought it from the mini bar. I was unable to change rooms as there was a wedding party that basically took over the hotel. Parking close to the hotel is difficult. I could go on and it would sound excessive. The staff are the main redeeming feature.

Not really sure where to start on this one. So we arrived had a suite for the night, no hot water, told we could use the spa as complementary to wash and relax. The spa was pretty poor and I spent as little time in there as possible, half the lights broken to hide the mold and dirt. Jets on the pool didn't work. I hope the swimming pool was a plunge pool as it was like ice. We got back to room to find thick dirt all over it, mini bar not stocked the list goes on. Manager let us have a night back at the hotel the following week with comp spa and breakfast, we didn't use the spa as tbh it's vile. The room on arrival stank, the two bolster pillows smelt as tho they had been smeared in human excrement. Bathroom floor dirty, the bath in the bedroom dirty, clearly my complaints the week before meant absolutely nothing. We did have a lovely breakfast but don't think that warrants the cost of our stay. Will not be returning.
