August 2024Lovely hotel right in the centre of Bristol. Really friendly staff and lovely underground pool and spa area. We had a small room but it was well styled, the complimentary gin was a nice touch. The room could have done with a bit of touching up in places.

August 2024Went there for afternoon tea, a voucher received from my daughter. Lovely tea and attentive staff. I am coeliac, but they provided a great selection of sandwiches, cakes, desserts and scones with cream and jam, of course. Definitely recommend

July 2024Delighted with our room 354. Absolutely spotless, complementary chocolates and drink on arrival & free early check in. What's not to like. Impeccably polite staff throughout the hotel. Made our anniversary celebrations really special. Thank you very much to the whole team. Fantastic location too- close to lots of pubs and bars.

August 2024We haven't stayed or eaten here so this review is specifically for the spa. I got a rock massage for me and my husband here and it was absolutely phenomenal! The massage itself and the environment was so calming, this is something we'd be looking to do again!

August 2024Fantastic location - easy access to St Nicholas market and lots of eateries. Good sized room but disappointed with some of the details - shampoo didn't work and little ventilation in the shower, no soap in the main ladies toilet, plug socket bracket fell off several times. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and otherwise all good
