October 2024Great venue, friendly and professional staff, excellent drinks choice (including cocktails) quality atmosphere, worth a visit.

May 2024We go there and get Mocktails because we're not drinkers, but we always have a great time, good music, really friendly staff and I mean that's starting from the door going all the way to bar staff and manager, definitely not your typical Cheap drinks kind of place but it keeps the riff raff out and the vibes good. Some nights are quieter than others, I'd highly suggest keeping a watchful eye for events or even going and meeting new people there, but in my opinion you can't go wrong, I highly recommend, especially if you're looking for something a little different. If you're driving I'd suggest parking at queen's square as it's cheaper than other places around.

October 2024Book death disco for a hen party of 13 people. We had a great time. The bar manager Ben was fantastic and really looked after us. The cocktails were nice and the music was good but it wasn't overly busy.

August 2024Rip off....£5.50 for a 330ml can of larger or cider as they don't sell anything on draught, I bought 3 x cans of larger handed over £17 but they did not have any change in the till so they kept my change.

February 2025My friend and I went to "Froot" here last night. Service: We got served relatively quickly but paid £6 for a 400ml (less than a pint) can of Red Stripe and the same price again for a 330ml (same size as coke etc) can of IPA! Atmosphere: The dancefloor (which you had to battle your way through to get to the toilets) couldn't accommodate the number of people there and so we were left to dance in the corridors. That didn't leave me feeling like I was part of the party. We didn't stay very long and then went to a queer space in Bristol that was open until 02h and that also played music / had a dancefloor (which was rammed) We paid less than £9 for 2 pints there and we pay a similar price for pints in other pubs in Bristol that have club nights. I understand the nighttime economy is struggling but so are the customers it serves. £6 for a 330ml can of IPA is, in my opinion, taking the piss.
