December 2024Great variety of music, bar staff were friendly and venue was clean. Security were helpful when we didn’t know where we would going. My step count has gone through the roof with all the steps though! 😂

December 2024Security guards refused to help someone who was laying on the floor outside their club, refused to find his friends in the club even though he wasn’t from Bristol. He was lying on the floor almost unconscious as they smirked and laughed at us asking for help. Absolutely disgraceful. This could have been someone spiked and in need of severe medical care and they completely disregarded him after throwing him out. Not a safe environment to go out in. Security guards clearly don’t care for actual safety and on a big power trip. Photos of two of the 5 guards below.
