October 2024Our bottomless brunch for a hen do was split into two groups by the company with less than an hours notice. We spoke to staff at the venue who didn’t know why it had happened and were keen to make things right. They offered complimentary drinks in the evening and a full refund. We had a nice evening and felt reassured that the staff in store would make it right. Fast forward 4 months later we still have not had our refund and the customer service team have been horrid. Questioning every thing we have said, have tried to take the price of the complementary drinks from our booking refund - even tried to take off drinks we paid for that night. No refund has been given at all! The whole weekend has been marred by the service from the Blame Gloria customer service. (Not the bar staff they were lovely). Blame Gloria are now withholding nearly £400 of our money!
