We cater for groups, large or small, who are looking for a creative and cool space to combine work and relaxation. We can help by providing AV equipment, refreshments, meals, and over night accommodation. Based in central Brighton, in quiet Regency Square you can enjoy the buzz of the city, without the noise of the city (bar a couple of seagulls!)
We are perfectly positioned opposite the Brighton i360 and beach, and close to many excellent restaurants and bars.
We also regularly host Christmas parties, product launches, working breaks for companies looking for a fresh space to get together, and also provide business travellers with comfortable accommodation while they are on the road. We are warm, friendly and have years of expertise to ensure you hit the balance of work, and much needed relaxation.
There is secure parking close by, and Brighton Railway Station is a short distance away.

November 2024What a brilliant way to run a hotel! So friendly, fun and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast in bed in the Betty room was so fun, the room is SO good and luxurious with massive high ceilings and amazing big cosy throws and blankets (it's winter) and the jacuzzi bathtub is really great too. Everything is clean and works, the bedding is luxurious and we feel like qwieenns in here. Overall we had a super fun time and never wanted to leave 😝

November 2024We booked here for our second wedding anniversary as we had wanted to for our wedding but decided we'd not have the time to appreciate it fully. We made the right choice because staying here made us want to enjoy every moment. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and we were treated like royalty. Beautiful food and drink. Utterly wonderful room. Beautiful decor. We had possibly one of the best nights sleep ever. Everything was utterly perfect and honestly, photos don't do the hotel justice. Worth every penny.

November 2024Stayed here for one night in the 'Dolly Parton' themed room. It was spacious, clean and equipped with tea/coffee facilities. The whole hotel is themed throughout including the bar and stairwells, never seen anything like it. It was great. We especially enjoyed the location with the view of the sea and proximity to center of town. The staff were so welcoming. We would definitely stay again
