If you could condense the spirit of a town into one building, Artist Residence Brighton would be it. Creative, bohemian and downright eccentric, this unique townhouse at the head of Regency Square makes for a decidedly different venue for your event.

With three event spaces as well as comfy bedrooms we can cater for events big and small, whether you’re hosting a lavish feast, board meeting, or pulling out all the stops for a house party.

With neon lights, exposed brick, industrial sliding doors and comfy sofa and armchairs, our No.33 space is perfect for standing drinks parties of up to 50 guests.

Guests can enjoy sea views over Regency Square and you’ll have your very own private bar and bartender to keep the cocktails flowing ‘til late.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room that reflects everything about Brighton. A must if you are coming to this colourful city. I will definitely be back when in Brighton. The ladies at the reception/bar were super lovely and gave us city safety advices about the protests going on.

We didn’t stay overnight but did visit the bar and restaurant and can highly recommend both! The cocktails were great (A negroni and Spicy Mango Margarita) as was the food (Roast Chicken and Poached Trout). Amazing staff too, friendly and attentive, will give a special mention to Abigail who served us. Will be back for sure.

As newly weds we wanted to do a couple of nights away after the wedding with our pooch. It’s always tricky finding gorgeous places to stay with a dog but Artist Residence now tops our list. They took time to ask about what our dog needed which was so thoughtful. We stayed in the balcony apartment which provided us a little more space and is next door to the main hotel entrance. The views and interior were stunning, the whole history behind the start up of the brand and the artwork vibe is right up our street. Small details are gorgeous, they really know how to decorate a room with the right palettes and soft furnishing brands. I was in my element looking at everything. The shower was fab and the bath in the bedroom was fancy. Even the dressing gowns made it that more special and lux - it’s the kind of thing you only expect from a super shiny hotel. Bed was divine and really comfortable, the type you sink into any get lost in. We loved the mid century feel and furniture choices! Staff were friendly and approachable always checking if things were okay which they were. Breakfast was yummy, could have eaten a bigger portion easily. There are lots of food options local and we ordered in pizza and people watched from the balcony. We’ve already got plans to check out the other locations and can’t wait to be back in those surroundings. We’d book again in a heartbeat, it’s 5-stars from us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

a small but beautiful holiday! Brighton is wonderful and this hotel, just a few steps from the seafront, was a pleasant discovery. The entire building is furnished with care, the room they assigned us was beautiful, perfectly clean, and with a retro radio tuned to a perfect jazz music station! In the bathroom shower products etc of very high quality and a fantastic citrus fragrance! We had a delicious breakfast in one of the hotel rooms, served by professional and above all smiling staff! I recommend this place and hope to return ❤️
