Cancellation policy
For groups Up to 30 days before the event, the penalty fees shall be equal to the deposit amount paid or due to be paid at the cancellation date. Between 29 days and the event date, the penalty fees shall be equal to 100% of the total amount For individuals Up to 7 days before the event, the penalty fees shall be equal to the deposit amount paid (1 night or 1 day delegate rate). Between 6 days and the event date, the penalty fees shall be equal to 50% of the individual total amount booked. In case of no shows: deposits are not refunded.

February 2025Today at 3.45 I had an Indian head massage from the lovely Amy, I was instantly welcomed and felt at ease in her company. Amy was super polite and made sure I was very comfortable during my treatment! The treatment itself was absolutely beautiful I have never felt so relaxed! After my treatment was finished I asked some questions about it and Amy was so quickly and kind to answer them for me :) my experience was 10 out of 10 all round. I will 100% be returning as not only the treatment was perfect but the other staff was so helpful and the setting was so perfect. X

March 2025So relaxed after a weekend here. The staff are brilliant, they really go the extra mile to ensure you're comfortable (special thanks Ashok). The buffet breakfast is superb. Beautifully decorated rooms. Will definitely be back.

February 2025We had a lovely stay here over valentines weekend. The food was amazing and the staff really made the experience stand out. From Domingo at reception who was always so friendly and went above and beyond to answer all our (many!) questions and requests, Emily with the friendliest service at the bar, and Florina down in the spa who was so welcoming and fantastic at what she does. Before we even left we were talking about booking our next stay. Thanks Queens Hotel!

March 2025We had an unforgettable stay at the Queen’s Hotel, which is perfectly located right next to the beach. The hotel itself is charming and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and offer beautiful views of the ocean, making it the perfect place to unwind. What truly made my experience special, however, was Rosa. She was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. Her kindness added a personal touch to my visit that I won’t forget. The hotel’s spa was the perfect way to relax after a day by the beach. The treatments were incredibly soothing, and the serene atmosphere of the spa truly helped me unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Queen’s Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway by the beach. With exceptional service from Rosa and a fantastic spa, it’s the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat!

March 2025Me and a group of others went for a special occasion to enjoy the spa, have a treatment and afternoon tea. The spa receptionist was very short and snappy with most of us. Firing question after question and being quite blunt and rude. We weren't told that the jacuzzi was out of order or that the pool was icy cold! Really disappointing as we were planning to spend a lot of time there. The treatment that I had was lovely, cannot fault Rachel at all, hot stone massage was lovely and she really worked on my shoulders. But I had an email to change my treatment time back 5 minutes, then it ended up being 15 minutes late anyway. When I asked about where to go as we didn't want to be late for afternoon tea that we booked, we were shown back to the room to just wait it'll be ready when it's ready. BUT upstairs. Afternoon tea was incredible, Marco specifically made such a difference to our whole day and he is a real asset to the hotel. He was apologetic and in general wonderful to us all. He couldn't do enough to help us with what we needed. His personality really popped out and you could see he loves his job. Everything was decorated lovely and we spent a lot more time there than planned but it felt so much better. I can't say for definite if I would go back. It was very 50/50.
