October 2024This is the perfect place to stay whether it's a work trip or a vacation The hotel staff of all very friendly and helpful The restaurant is on a hight level of impressive service, the food is outstanding a true 5***** A special shout out to Marco, he is such an asset to this hotel, he provides a fantastic service and really makes you feel comfortable and caters For all dietary requirements! By myself have multiple dietary requirements and Marco Did everything he could to ensure I had all the knowledge of what was available for me to eat? Alongside this, he was very supportive in adapting any meals to my tastes.

December 2024Had a wonderful stay in Queens Hotel + Spa. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were fantastic - very professional and friendly. Domingo was so very welcoming and helpful - really went the extra mile in terms of customer service. In short, I highly recommend.

December 2024Visited the spa on 20th December 2024 and had a wonderful visit. The staff were so attentive and the atmosphere in the spa was so relaxing. The pool and changing rooms were small and dated however the treatment rooms were gorgeous. The massage with a lady whose name began with F, was one of the best massages I've ever had! Afternoon tea in the bar was also so tasty. And great friendly service. Would re visit and recommend to others :)

December 2024Great location as of walking distance to the seashore/pier and the town centre. Up on the arrival we weren't give the spa instructions or gowns or slippers as advertised beside we could see that other people were wearing them. The jacuzzi was out of order the swimming pool really need revamp as it is very old and cold. We try to use the gym facilities but give up as it was so old rusted missing parts and we got scared it will hurt us. When we try to use the pool we have been told we can’t as it was some sort of puddle boards lessons at the facility beside we try to us it at 7pm. The sauna is extremely small. We weren’t able to use the facilities of massage rooms as they ware out of service Tuesday- Thursday and that was our stay days. We was given only one shower towel. They definitely forgot about sound proofing the place as we could hear a man pissing feom the room next door each morning. On Friday there was a party in the restaurant sides of the hotel building and we could hear the music and drunk people on the 4th floor of the hotel as this is where the room was located. In general it wasn’t a nice stay. The second day of breakfast we have noticed that the bread was from the day before super dry so was the croissants, they didn’t even bothered to cook more just left what was left from the previous day, the cheese was dry to the point that it look like plastic and the orange juice tasted like a soap definitely not an orange juice in there just so sort of concentrated flavour mix with water. The evening bartender was super nice and friendly very helpful so was the amazing breakfast server lady with glasses, she was going extra miles to make everyone happy and communicated with all the guests. Not really want we looked forward paying £96 per night, try the hotel next door as it have better view and look much better then this one in general.
