March 2025Stay was very good, room very good, although the bathroom was a little tired. Breakfast was not really worth it, I'd have been better off wandering into town for a Greggs bacon butty and cup of tea. Parking was a bit tight but available.

March 2025It's a great place to stay if you are in the city for a show, walking distance to the BIC and the Pavilion. Pleasant restaurant with tasty food and good service. Good sized rooms and comfy beds.

January 2025Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room very clean (thank you to the housekeeping) but room small and had just been refurbished (allegedly) marks on the walls, showers were not new. TV not working had reported twice over 2 days. Very lovely housekeeper got it sorted for us by calling the engineer.
