January 2025Amazing Christmas Party Experience! We recently had our work Christmas dinner party at The Connaught Hotel, and it was an unforgettable evening! From the start, the reservation process was seamlessly managed by the General Manager, Maria Ruiz. Her professionalism and attention to detail made everything so easy, even during the busy holiday season. The 3-course meal was exceptional—every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. My colleagues were full of compliments about the quality of the food and service. The drinks flowed perfectly throughout the evening, and the DJ kept the energy high, creating a fantastic party atmosphere. The team at The Connaught Hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing night, and I cannot recommend them enough for any event. If you’re looking for a place that combines great food, excellent service, and a vibrant vibe, this is it! Thank you to everyone who made our night so special.

February 2025Overall, the hotel was good value for the price. Initially, we were given a very small room—smaller than some budget hotels I’ve stayed in within central London. However, after mentioning this to staff, we were immediately offered two alternative rooms, both of which were spacious with lovely high ceilings. I really can’t fault the service in this regard. The main reasons for choosing this hotel were the parking and location, both of which were convenient. I later discovered that the hotel also offers EV charging for a reasonable £10 fee. The spa facilities—including the pool, sauna, and steam room—were impressive and well-maintained. However, the jacuzzi was a bit disappointing, with only a few jets that were quite weak (around 6-7 in total). While we still used it, I’ve experienced much better jacuzzis elsewhere. That said, considering the price, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The room was decent, quiet, and comfortable, and the spa facilities added to the experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

March 2025Rooms a bit old school, however Tania made us feel very welcomed & was amazing throughout. We arrived late & accidentally had booked the wrong room & she changed it without hassle & always had smiles on her face. Very friendly & would recommend. Breakfast was decent & the sauna/hot tub/pool was amazing.

March 2025Just had a great weekend away to bournemouth, few issues with the hotel service but all in all we made the best of what there was. Car parking was a mare on day one and we had to park up the road at a cost to us despite spaces with anti parking bars in place that did not get used at all whilst we were there. We used the pool and sauna, (the steam room was out of use) Also we couldn't find anyone available to book a massage which was strange as it's classed as a spa resort. The lady on the desk on Sunday didn't seem to care less, But everything else about the hotel was fabulous, Most of the staff were awesome and the manageress was outstanding when we explained an issue to her. as was the lady on reception on Monday morning. Breakfast was spot on on Sunday morning, but most of the food seemed to have vanished by Monday mornings serving with no hot water available for drinks.
