Paula at Singing Waiters in the UK
Thank you to Keighley and the events team at the lovely voco St John's for being on TEAM SECRET with us for our corporate Singing Waiters in the UK surprise last week. We were looked after beautifully, the food we were served was absolutely lovely, hot and yum. The staff looked after us as one of their own and the room we were in was absolutely perfect for our performance. We cannot wait to come back to surprise again in the future. Thank you from myself and the team Paula and the Singing Waiters in the UK Team

Loved the family room, double bed and sofa bed were spacious and comfortable Breakfast is really good, so come hungry ๐ Kids loved the pool, pity they took you g for the Jacuzzi but it's very handy having it in the same area. Gym is bit small but more than adequate, food changing rooms and showers etc Really convenient location, walking distance from Touchwood Mall and nice road to run down .

Excellent place to stay, only 4 minutes walk to the shopping centre. The staff were fantastic. Reception girls were great, special thanks to Lucy a lovely girl, nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was great, We will be staying again.

Location is great ๐๐ผ rooms are lovely but my shower had more water exiting the hose than the head .. my view was ... interesting ๐ค but it was a works trip so I'm not really entitled to a nice one! Breakfast... first day teas and coffee were freezing the next day they'd done away with the canisters and were making fresh! Brilliant! Staff were friendly and helpful the venue was very clean parking was easy - a nice place to stay all in all

Disappointing Experience During Family Stay We recently stayed for a family function and booked multiple rooms for the occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was spoilt by an incident on our first night that left us quite dissatisfied. At around 11 PM, while the hotel was quiet, the manager approached our group and informed us that we could not consume any outside food in the lobby or bar area and that it was only permitted in our rooms. This was particularly frustrating as there were 12 of us, and a staff member had told us it was perfectly fine to eat in the lobby or lounge area. We specifically chose this hotel for our special occasion and expected a more accommodating attitude, especially since we were misinformed by the staff. The manager's abrupt approach and lack of flexibility significantly dampened our stay. We hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointments.
