The Signing Tree provides a great selection of light and accessible high quality conference and meeting spaces, situated in close proximity to Birmingham city centre.
The Signing Tree is an iconic centre, renowned as the perfect venue for training days, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and meetings. Our onsite culture cafe provides the perfect space to take a break and catch up with colleagues whilst enjoying some delicious home-cooked cuisine.
The Duffield Room is a bright and contemporary space that can be hired as a bar, or can be used as an individual meeting space. When the bar is not in use, there are shutters that can transform the space into a perfect meeting space. The floor to ceiling windows give the Duffield room lots of natural daylight boasting views that overlook out onto our outside courtyard space.

November 2024Attended a seminar/small conference here, ~30 attendees. Good venue, simple but more than adequate function room, AV seemed to work well and variety and quality of catering for both breakfast and lunch was a very pleasant surprise! Odd thing to notice maybe, but chairs were nicely designed to be very comfortable for the back. Nearby car park reasonably priced.

November 2024Well equipped centre for a conference or meeting. Decent food and drink provided during the course. The only negative was a lot of the cups/ cutlery weren't clean which was a shame. Some had lipstick on them (in the fresh pile) and some of the cutlery had old salad leaves stuck to them after a dishwasher.
