If an event is moved or cancelled 48 hours prior, then a full refund will be issued. Less than 48 hours may result in pre payment not being refunded. Groups of 15 or more need to inform contact of cancellation or movement of event no less than 10 days prior. Refund can take up to 14 days.

The service was exceptional – a big shoutout to Leann, who went above and beyond to make sure our group had a fantastic experience. She was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we were taken care of. The food and drinks were spot-on, and the games added a fun twist to the evening.
