If an event is moved or cancelled 48 hours prior, then a full refund will be issued. Less than 48 hours may result in pre payment not being refunded. Groups of 15 or more need to inform contact of cancellation or movement of event no less than 10 days prior. Refund can take up to 14 days.

September 2024Nice place, played crazy pool only took about half an hour but it was really quiet, something different and it was nice to chill in the outside space after as it was quiet and had heaters. Overall really ncie evening and the staff seem friendly.

August 2024I would definitely recommend coming here. My wife and I had a lovely time. It was busy, so when our turn bowling was delayed, we were given an option to have a go at crazy pool until our lane was ready. Staff were helpful and polite.

September 2024It was my birthday and we thought we’d come out for snacks drinks and fun. The staff were so rude impolite and got our order wrong. When we told the waitress we didn’t order the loaded fries with bacon they were adamant we did even though I explained we don’t eat pork! So instead of apologising and offering a gesture of goodwill to replace the food they said “sorry you ordered it” which apparently came from the manager. If that’s the case management need to fix up and learn how to treat customers. To top it off we were approached by security saying I can’t take pictures, when the table next to me was literally doing the same thing. We felt very unwelcomed, this is not how you run a business. This sort of attitude is not acceptable. I would never come here again! Staff are rude and don’t care
