I stayed at the hotel for two nights, I had an absolutely amazing experience. The room that I stayed in was really nice, clean, comfortable and spacious! The room and dining service were excellent and so helpful! All the members of staff were incredible especially Levi, Michelle and Christina! I highly recommend the Park Regis Hotel Birmingham, it will definitely be my go to place to stay whenever I’m in Birmingham!

Nice hotel , friendly staff, clean room , booked on Groupon and got breakfast and afternoon tea included. Afternoon tea was nice but would have preferred more savoury than sweet. Breakfast was not great just mediocre I only had scrambled egg and bacon the egg was pretty much as I like it but the bacon was so hard to chew like leather. The room was big and cool the view was one of the worst I've had in a hotel but that's not there fault. At night I heard a lot of doors banging and traffic

Great hotel and a great location with walking distance to town centre and local attractions. The riverbank is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel and has a variety of restaurants to suit anyone's taste. There are many bars and clubs nearby for a great night out. The hotel has its own parking which you have to pay for but discounted if you stay there. I believe its discounted by 50% and the car park is accessible using your car registration which is activated by the hotel reception. The hotel has its own restaurant which serves Indian food. Breakfast is great and has variety 😋 Overall a great stay

I stayed at this hotel in August and was racially attacked by a member of staff who decided to scream at me when I asked her to allow me to pay for car parking. She refused to help me and started screaming at me to go downstairs to pay, however every time I have stayed here I paid for parking upstairs. When previously she was smiling and helping everyone else who happened to be white. As soon I approached her smile dropped and she became passive aggressive. When I told her to stop screaming at me she yelled at me more. While the manager on site watched it happen. I was completely distressed. When I complained later on I was received with an apology and a 25% off a future stay. Which I think is ridiculous offer when logically why would I want to pay money to stay in a hotel where I was actually abused. The managers and the whole staff need to educated and retrained.

I was looking forward to a weekend stay however I was greeted with a very unpleasant employee who showed nothing but attitude and complete disregard to me, it was atrocious and I borderline felt like I was being bullied, I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel and highly recommend this hotel to send their employees a course in basic people skills, I understand people have things going on in their personal lives but these people should learn how to differentiate work and their personal life upon taking this further I asked for her name and she refused to tell me and she did not have a name badge. Raising this complaint with a manager I was told in basic terms to just deal with it and move on and no investigation was conducted even though I felt racially attacked as upon observation I was the only person she had a problem with. I had no prior interaction with her and this was my first time talking with her and I promise you I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Despicable behaviour and honestly no person should be subject to this type of interaction if you are staying in Birmingham I recommend you to look elsewhere.
