October 2024Park Regis is a great place to stay! It's close to the down center. It's clean and stylish. The reception staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Especially Matthew. Matthew was very kind and asked us about our background and time in Birmingham. Matthew's customer service was impeccable. I definitely recommend Park Regis.

October 2024Hotel is well appointed and easy to find - clean and spacious. Rooms have the expected amenities. The biggest advantage to the hotel is the staff - greeted by fun, friendly and professional reception staff (Matthew, Alex & Marie Ann) who made the check in process personal and really friendly. Full of useful information about how to get about and just made me feel welcomed as a guest to the hotel.

December 2024Matthew checked us in quite late at night as we arrived earlier in the afternoon however we had a reservation booked. He was welcoming and really looked after us. Lobby area and bar look immaculate and rooms are nice and clean. Look brand new. We will be back when back in birmingham.

December 2024We had a superb stay at the Park Regis, perfect for our event at the Symphony Hall. The hotel delivers a lovely ambience from the friendly professional welcome given by Levi, to the beautiful aroma in all areas. The staff in the Park Regis are very friendly and attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean and the ensuite modern and the toiletries by Rituals is a nice touch. Breakfast was superb, great range of hot and cold food. This truly is a gem of a hotel in the centre of the city, well done to all staff and we're looking forward to our next visit in 2025.

December 2024Great hotel, with really positive welcome. Rooms are very nice & the bar / restaurant/ lobby area on 4th floor is a pleasant space to spend some time. Bar staff could do with some training on how to smile & make customers feel welcome. Location at top of broad street with on site car parking is brilliant
