March 2025Went for Sunday lunch in a group of four. From the moment we stepped into the building I felt we were taken care of. The service was excellent especially our waitress Michela. The food was fantastic. The views were amazing. For a special occasion I definitely recommend a visit.

March 2025Friday night date. Food and service was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect for a Friday with the restaurant almost full and the DJ providing perfect music for the evening. We had a full three courses and choose the steak to share. Prices are not cheap but value for money when all things considered. Will return in the future for a special occasion.

March 2025Had an incredible birthday lunch at Orelle today. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and the views over Birmingham were fantastic. We opted for the fixed price menu which was extremely reasonable for the quality of food over the 3 courses. Would definitely go again!!!

February 2025Customer service was poor and cold. A couple of the waiters were really nice however the receptionist and manager came across really cold and rude. Only one of the 3 starters tasted good and I’d reorder and just one of our 2 mains were good. The lobster dish was so bad overall and chewy. I was really looking forward to enjoying this place as the venue was great and fancy for a special event but the food and service (except waiters) was disappointing. Would like to see something change.
