Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is part of the University of Birmingham Group. Conveniently located just two miles from Birmingham city centre, it’s only a six-minute train journey from Birmingham New Street to University station. It’s then a 15-minute stroll to the hotel through leafy Edgbaston. If you’re driving, you’ll find free car parking on site.

The bright, contemporary hotel and conference centre are framed by two charming, historic buildings. Garth House is Grade II-listed, and has been beautifully restored in period style as a luxury hotel. Hornton Grange, built in 1928, has been transformed into a boutique hotel with bespoke décor that compliments the character and history of the building.

Together, they offer a wide variety of luxury rooms, bespoke dining options and special event spaces. For conferences, the spacious meeting rooms in the conference centre provide flexible, well-equipped venues for groups of all sizes.

This room is situated in Garth House, one of our Grade-II listed buildings. This space includes character lighting, extended seating by a lovely fireplace and a door which leads straight outside onto the beautiful grounds – it's perfect for those looking for something bespoke.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Excellent service at the front desk, very pleasant staff throughout the hotel. My room was modern and very spacious with lots of types of teas and little chocolates. Free parking and convenient location for anyone visiting the university

This was a perfect location for a hen party I attended. Just a short ride from Birmingham city centre. The staff were friendly on arrival and the food was superb. We ate in the bar the night before the party and it was very tasty, we all enjoyed it. Could not fault breakfast either, plenty of choice, and the cooked buffet was perfect. We stayed in the house building, the room was large with a beautiful standing bath. It was immaculate and cleaners came in to top us up with what we needed. Fantastic stay.

A lovely modern hotel. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was attending a conference and the organisation was exceptional. All staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was first class and the conference dinner was very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.

The food in the bar was excellent with friendly service. The rooms are tight for two people and the beds in a twin room very narrow. I haven't slept in such a narrow bed since I was a child! Quite comfortable though, once I got used to the width and stopped worrying about falling out! The rooms were in blocks quite a walk from the reception, bar and dining room.
