Custard Factory, Factory Works

Birmingham’s famous Custard Factory was built by Alfie Bird to produce Bird’s Custard in 1902.

Today it retains its industrious edge with original Crittall windows, exposed steels and high ceilings.

The former factory has been updated to combine industrial architecture with contemporary interiors - with a range of characterful venues to choose from. The Custard Factory is home to a hive of creative businesses as well as exclusively independent shops, cafes, bars and event/meeting spaces.

The Factory Works is in the heart of Digbeth, its industrial architecture and contemporary interiors make the venue the ideal venue for events. The venue comprises 1,200sqm of space and is in the centre of The Custard Factory which is the home to a hive of creative businesses as well as exclusively independent shops, cafes and bars, bars. The room consists of a main space which can accommodate up to 288 delegates in a cabaret layout, and the hire includes the use of 3 additional breakout spaces should you need them.
