August 2024Love love this hotel! Very large hotel with great views over Birmingham. It's the best hotel breakfast in Birmingham, I think, and I've pretty much eaten all of the hotels in Birmingham. Would recommend this place for any occasion. The restaurant food it OK, but being in the city centre there are better restaurants nearby, well for my tastes anyway. Beds here are super comfy and great amenities in the bedroom. Highly recommended for a great night's rest with a massive choice of breakfast.

September 2024Love the hotel, its clean, quiet, everything is good l. However, i suggest the breakfast have more options and not be the same everyday. Moreover, i requested for a bottle of water but the host rejected to give me as one bottle is given in a day. Its just a water it shouldnt be a problem to give when it is requested.
