Cancellation policy
If your booking is cancelled before 3 days prior to the reservation any payments are refundable minus a £5 admin fee. If your booking is cancelled within 3 days prior to the reservation any payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited. If your party decreases on the day the no-show guest deposits will be forfeited. Any remaining deposit will be forfeited and is none refundable or transferable.

October 2024Was looked after by Angela. AMAZING SERVICE!! Me and my friend went for bottomless brunch and she just kept us topped up on drinks and reminded us of our time limit. The food was really nice definitely recommend. Cant wait to come again

August 2024After having my taste buds offended at Cayote Ugly with the worst ever mojito we stumbled across Box. Caprice made an exceptional mojito after listening to my recent experience and smashed together an amazing pina colada for the wife. Thank you for redeeming Birmingham!!!
