Koa Tree offers an amazing space, combining luxury camping with working and conference spaces and the fantastic outdoor wilderness of the North Devon coast. It is perfect for corporate events, design forums, weddings, art retreats, a cookery school and much more.
Set on a working smallholding we have a good sized indoor space seating 50 as well as a smaller yurt ideal for up to 25 for presentations, film viewings, artistic workshops and more. Outdoors we have an extensive 25 acres of paddocks and woodland, this is perfect for weddings, small festivals, working weekends and confereces looking for a unique location. The vale of getting your event visitors outdoors and enjoying their surroundings cannot be overstated! Our large kitchen space is set-up for teaching small cookery groups of 5-15 people and we have further space on our campsite for marquees or outdoor events over the volleyball court.
The farm operates as a social enterprise offering people a chance to connect with nature through gardening, agriculture, rural conservation and habitat restoration. Educational and developmental courses are available for young adults and by arrangement.
Accommodation can be provided for 48 people in five fantastic gedesic domes, four log cabins and a bell tent. Further tents and accommodation can be arranged as required.
Large, light and open. The room is laid out with the kitchen at one end and then a multifunctional open space at the other. Normally set out with sofas and soft seating in one end with dining tables arranged between this and the kitchen area. Once cleared the space can hold around 60 standing for drinks or events or up to 30 seated for lectures or conferences.

Incredible place! Stayed at Koa for the past 3 years and every time it has been brilliant. Hannah the manager is very helpful, friendly and there for whatever we need. The facilities are perfect for our large group having space to cook big meals, watch the football on the huge tv screen and lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the site. The domes and cabins are equipped with everything we need - comfortable beds and bedding, wood burner for cold nights, lots of electrical points for charging phones and plenty of space. Thank you so much, hope to be back again next year!

We've been coming to Koa for a few years and it never disappoints. Hannah did a great job as always in making sure we had everything we needed. All the amenities including the domes and showers are built to a high standard, and the local shop next door is a real added bonus for all your essentials (including delicious milkshakes!)

Amazing location, stunning views, beautiful domes and huts, clean and spacious bathrooms, massive kitchen with every utensil you could possibly need. Hannah was so hospitable and made sure we had the best weekend away, so thank you for everything. Had an amazing time with all my friends at Koa and can’t wait to be back.
