Absolutely wonderful place to go for relaxation. We just spent an overnight stay with use of Spa facilities. Body massage and afternoon tea as a treat for my Birthday .The staff and their service levels are noteworthy. Helpful and ready to assist. Nessi my masseur was amazing! Thank you so much, Just to point out that there is no lift at this hotel. I left feeling so good. You will see me return! Thank you.

Never have I been somewhere that all the members of staff you come across, are proud to work there. Everyone was so polite, and happy to be there, genuinely interested in ensuring your stay is the best experience you can have, and nothing is beyond them. The venue is stunning and peaceful too, with its own art collection, you could do art tours here, if nothing else. That's not even touching on the wine and the bath I thought I would drown in as I could lay flat in it! ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful bank holiday stay. The team was very attentive and helped me organise a surprise spa treatment for my partner. The highlight, however, was our dinner in their restaurant. Head of wine Romain showed true hospitality expertise. The wine list is exceptional and he recommended the most accurate pairings with our meal. We look forward to visiting them again.

The hotel grounds and communal area are stunning and all staff were friendly and attentive. Made a lovely stay at work event. Only criticism would be some of the hall ways and our room felt slightly tired.
