October 2018“I’ve stayed here twice on business and will be coming back. After staying at other larger hotels nearer Heathrow I was taken aback by how friendly and accommodating the checking staff where. Smiles all round, even checking in late on the lady was friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.”

March 2025Visited 7-9 march for a family celebration of my 80th birthday . The hotel and staff could not have done more. The accommodation including car parking was excellent. The location next to the ‘The long walk’ could not be bettered. Sara proved to be a masterful host along with excellent support from everyone else. Chef superb .Thank you and trust you enjoyed the cake.

March 2025A definite 5/5 on all levels. All staff were a delight and exceptionally helpful. So easy to walk to the town centre, Windsor Castle and the Long Walk. We managed to pack in so much on our 2 night break. And a great choice for breakfast to set us on our way.

February 2025Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Rooms well appointed. Lovely bathroom with bath & separate shower. Nice touch to have coffee bags which sets this hotel apart from any with instant coffee in the room. Outstanding breakfast and very friendly staff. Loved the free drink on arrival too. A very enjoyable G&T to start our stay. We’ll return.

March 2025We just came back from a 2 night anniversary break. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the long walk in Windsor great park and takes x about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the Castle. The staff are fabulous, friendly and accommodating. Our room (no 39) was beautiful with a very large and comfortable bed. The bedding and pillows were obviously o of a high standard. The bathroom had a slipper bath with a seperate shower and all the fittings were quality. We ate in the hotel both nights and the food could not be faulted both in quality and presentation. There's a cosy little bar attached to the restaurant all very modern with velvet chairs and lovely artwork. We would definitely return.

January 2025A very pleasant 4 day stay. We were very impressed with the staffs friendly and helpful and prompt service .The room was well heated the bed very comfortably large as was the TV, shower was excellent. The breakfast was more than adequate with a fair choice, we had 2 evening meals there ,both were of a decent quality. Only minor criticism is the beers were not cask but from a bottle. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk from the castle and town centre. The hotel really excelled in providing a couple of thoughtful "extras" , a free paper daily and a courtesy free drink for both of us.
