September 2024I stayed here for a business trip last week and had a very pleasant time! The staff was all very friendly, and when you stay for a week they even recognize their guests and the morning I came down to eat breakfast alone they verified I did not have any others in my party. Along with breakfast, we also had a lunch there and dinner and all the food was wonderful. I did not have time to check out the gym nor pool but what I saw those looked great as well. It is conveniently located by the train station, has some lovely areas to walk around in Winnersh Triangle and the convenience of the shop across the walking path. I told my family if we return for a family vacation I would certainly consider staying here with them.

November 2024The rooms were lovely and clean, reception was friendly. Our dinner was delicious, and our waiter (Callum) was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. We also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and pool. It's not the most beautiful location, but it's easy to get to and has a lovely park near by.

October 2024Stayed here for a surprise anniversary booking. Lovely place, rooms nice and clean and service was lovely overall. JOHNRICO was a pleasure who made sure our dinner was served on time with pace and kept a lively interaction! Pool is lovely and massages were great! Only issue was the parking - we had no space as it was full. We had to wait some time to get a spot. Otherwise lovely stay :)

November 2024Overall I would say the crowne plaza is a nice stay and easy to find. Parking is free for all hotel guests and close to cinema and local amenities. We were not aware that we would be required to provide a credit card for a £75 holding deposit, as this was not made clear when booking. Our package included chocolate truffles - these were bought to the room but not presented well at all. Plug function in the bath did not work and the shampoo container was empty. The spa was really nice and the massage was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.
