January 2025I traveled here for my job and could not have stayed at a better location. The hotel is tucked away at the edge of town, next to the river, and within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Hotel amenities are amazing, with onsite spa, gym, and dining. The food rivals nearby restaurants and the staff is excellent. If I go back I’ll definitely be staying at this location. Upon returning home from other travels related to my job, I discovered that I didn’t properly register my rental car with the hotel, so when I retrieved my mail, I discovered I had three parking violations for 100 pounds each. Concerned about having to pay for this out of pocket, I called the staff and they worked to have the tickets expunged on my behalf. I’m so thankful that they were genuinely concerned and helpful with my situation and followed through with helping me when they didn’t have to. Much appreciated, thank you!!!

March 2025The hotel has the great consistent quality that you would expect from a Crown Plaza hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room had a mini fridge with complimentary water, and a well stocked set of teas and coffee. The room was also equipped with a hairdryer and ironing board. The hotel itself is located outside of the main Marlow town centre. Taxi from the hotel into the town is costs £10 each way, Uber approx £8. There are some nasty posts that limit the road width to reduce traffic speed, so best leaving cars at the hotel. The hotel car park initially looks expensive, so best to park there and sign your car in at reception for complimentary parking.

March 2025The hotel and rooms are lovely, the dining room has amazing views down to the lake. The breakfast is a buffet style with quite a range of foods. The layout wasn't especially clear, and eggs did not look appetising but everything else was tasty. The mini pastries were great!

March 2025Food is great, staff friendly, location in the nature quiet and pretty, bedroom is big and comfortable. I took off 2 stars because we had a one night stay with spa access and from 4pm the pool was full with literally not a single chair to sit down, let alone a lounger to lay down, so we had to go back upstairs. It’s quite disappointing considering you are going there to relax and use the spa facilities but you can’t.
