We went there for lunch. The lunch room is really nice with great views over the garden if you sit by a window. Parking is easy as is access to the property

Absolutely beautiful. Very dog friendly staff go above and beyond to help you. Astor Grill is dog friendly. Breakfast is served in main restaurant but that's not dog friendly so we had breakfast in the lounge area. Although they are happy if you want to leave your dogs in your room. Definitely go again.

I came here for an awards presentation so was only in the events areas but the grounds, house and events areas are all stunning! I believe there is a gym and spa but I didn't use them but saw some of the more affluent guests frequenting classes and sessions. The driveway run up to the house was a real highlight for me and don't be intimidated by the many luxury cars in the car park as there's actually a mix of people attending the house.

It was ok, only had a tour of the ground floor rooms with the National Trust so can't comment on the the bedrooms or other facilities. The gardens and grounds though are magnificent, and there are good walks through the woods and down to the river. Great views over the surrounding countryside.
