    Recently stayed for a trip to Lego Land. Although there is a Holiday Inn in Windsor, this has a pool, which is great if you have little ones. The Hotel itself is clean, although the rooms and the communal areas need updating, hence the 4 stars on the rooms. No USB charging sockets, so make sure you take plenty of plugin chargers. Aside from that the rooms are clean and comfortable. The real stand out for me was the service, staff were warm and friendly. Special shout out to Dhouri and Athisa in the breakfast buffet, who looked after us on our first morning. Also nice touches like colouring packs for the kids on arrival. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable 2 night stay. Would stay there again, no hesitation.

    I stayed in this hotel with my daughter and my mother. I must say that the hotel is good for relaxation the hotel has swimming pool and we enjoyed it lot along with jacuzzi and the sauna. All the staffs that we encountered are very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to Edit from reception, we encountered a bit issue during our stay (technical issues our room door got locked even the master key can’t unlock it)but Edit , the maintenance guy and the trainee from reception, handle it very well 👌 kudos to all of you guys making sure we are still looked after even in this difficult situation. Giving us other room to stay for almost an hour is a big help for my mother who is 71 years old and for my 1yr old daughter. I would like as well to thanks the F&B team who looked after us during our stay. Big shout out to Allwin, bar tender very professional and very knowledgeable in his area. Thanks as well to Mauricio who looked after us during dinner, he really good and great recommendation. The breakfast team, headed by Twinkle she very accommodating and very friendly. Good variety of breakfast options. Lastly the lady at the recreation area I forgot her name, big thanks to her as well for explaining every facility of the recreation area. The only problem I want to share during out stay is in the afternoon at the lounge we waited for almost 20-25 to be served, few staffs are coming and going to the bar area but no one approach us if we need anything or if we already been served? I literally went to fine somebody to attend us. Over all it was a great stay.

    A very good experience arriving Friday 06.09.24 for a wedding the next day. The hotel looks great from the outside, and the room my wife & I stayed at was good. Our only gripe is that we did not receive the slippers with the 2x dressing gown, as well as the buffet breakfast being cold for Saturday & Sunday breakfast. I will finish on a positive note that the swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi were 5 stars.

    The hotel is lovely and the staff are very pleasant. However before booking check that your room will not be above the building site as we were woken at 8 by the pneumatic drill which continued for a large part of the day.

    Have asked for an early check in which was told by staff on email will be possible. we arrived for our early check in have been told room in process of being ready, asked how long will take was told an hour so fine we went to their bar in which they gave us a Jagerbomb as a shot? Just the shot of jagger when asked bar men if he knew it’s meant to come with red bull he said he’s not sure and i had to ask for red bull separate. An hour goes by we go to reception expecting for the room to be done but no the receptionist says her colleague is in a meeting, then changes her story and says he’s on his way then says he’s stuck in traffic and not sure how much longer he will be, to which we of course got annoyed about because we missed a day of work as we were told we can have early check in. We asked why we pay so much money for services that can’t be provided. The receptionist then got angry at us for being unhappy and decided to say she can cancel the stay or we wait longer as her colleague is “going out of his way” making it sound like he was doing me a “favour” getting the room decorations which I HAVE PAID for so it’s not a favour it’s a service that I paid money to have. Surely if you offer a service you should have the things ready on premises not go travel the same day on guests arrival and get stuck in traffic and what not? Absolutely ruined our moods from the get go she then ended up calling her colleague and came told us he’ll be 10mins which is fine but by that time there was only about 20mins until usual check in time so coming early and missing day of work was pointless. The spa staff were amazing, massage was great sauna jacuzzi and pool were great apart from the fact that in the evening around 9pm we went to relax by the pool as it is a “spa” a place to relax. We were greeted by 10 women in a jacuzzi playing music on speakers and singing with no regards to people around them so that was not relaxing at all. Will definitely not recommend to anyone but come back. Hope this helps :). Also no service in reception area data does not work and WiFi is slow when you do connect to it.
