August 2024Very good hospitality service. Good location with 10mins walking to the town area with restaurants & shopping. Do note that there is no air-conditioning due to the old building preservation. We received complimentary drinks upon arrival as we wait for an hour for the room to be ready at 3pm. Check in time is 2pm. There’s on-site parking and it’s very safe. All the staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Room size is just nice. The bathroom is very well-lit with white lights and nice rain shower. The toiletries are from Penhaligons, so they do smell nice and could be a bit strong for some. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. There’s also a vanity kit with cotton pad & buds. And a hair dryer in the room. No ironing board, no minibar fridge in the room. Only comes with 2 glass bottles each day. Can request for ice water if required.

Staff were super helpful and kind, the rooms were lovely, and the chef made an extra effort to create a wonderful vegan meal for us off-menu! I would absolutely recommend for stays and meals. A wonderful calm retreat in the middle of Bath.

August 2024We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Roseate Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel right at home. The afternoon tea was a highlight of our visit, especially the scones and sandwiches, which were simply delightful. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and we loved the luxurious amenities, particularly the Penhaligons products, which added a special touch to our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, contributing to an overall amazing experience. Thank you to the entire team at Roseate Villa for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return!
