Gems the receptionist was fantastic and made us feel really welcome for a special weekend. The room was in the new part but was still lovely. The restaurant is good value but did not feel it was it was amazing The bar was priced at London prices so no shock to us Uber to Bath £6 and on the way back £11 As is hotel has lots of parking well worth doing as at most a 10 minute drive. Great hotel and would stay again

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. GEMS ( reception) and DONALD ( bfast ) both deserve a special mention as they both couldn't do enough to help you on arrival and help settle you in. The room was clean and well presented. However, I was expecting a bit more as it was classed as a deluxe double. The shower was amazing. The hotel is located in a fantastic position and rather than eat in the hotel we chose to walk into the nearest village for dinner. There is a huge car park and an electric charging point on site( however, the locals know this and come to the hotel to use it). Overall a good stay.

We too mum for a weekend break to Bath for her Christmas present. It is a lovely dog friendly hotel. Really easy to get to. Food is fabulous, with lots of choice and worth the cost. Staff were intuitive and engaging. The rooms clean and comfortable. Christmas trees in all communal rooms, all real and beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend this hotel and planning to go back in the Summer
