Prestonfield House, The Stables

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Between the amazing customer service, delicious breakfast (probably the best we've ever had), & stunning home, we cannot wait to book our next stay. If you're going to Edinburgh, this is a must. Anya was so great and extremely helpful! Made our trip one we will never forget! Wish I could give 6 stars!

A 10/10 experience and I use "perfect" too much here, but it truly was. My partner booked us in for the salon privee as a birthday treat and from the moment we walked in we were treated perfectly. Our beverages and every dish were also perfection. The experience was particularly complimented by three members of staff. Mitzi was wonderful and took such good care of us. She was pleasant and made us feel very comfortable and looked after. Her wine suggestions were amazing as well. I can't recall the names of the two men but one was Chandi, I believe, and he met us at the front, took us to our seats, etc. He was very professional and went the extra mile for us. The other we only briefly interacted with at the very end as we wandered for a moment. He gave us some of the history surrounding the area and the house itself. His information was the perfect finish to what was a most perfect evening. We wanted for nothing. Thank you to everyone. :)

Absolute perfection, a secluded heaven in the middle of Edinburgh! We had our small wedding at Prestonfiled with just our close family, we also stayed overnight and on another occasion, we tried their afternoon tea. Everything was exceptional, from the wedding experience, the most delicious wedding meal (we got so many compliments on the food), incredible staff, a dreamy overnight stay and delicious breakfast.
