The Archive offers a practical and modern venue space. This converted warehouse spans 25 sq meters and has successfully hosted corporate gatherings, AGMs, Christmas parties, birthdays, awards ceremony and more.
Located between Copthorne and Felbridge, The Archive boasts a spacious yet welcoming ambiance, providing a charming backdrop for a range of occasions.
We can cater to events hosting up to 120 guests with amenities such as free parking, outdoor seating, a bar, varied food options, and a flexible approach to meet your themes & requirements.

This December, we are excited to host shared Christmas parties for small businesses and organisations on the 12th, 13th, and 14th. Celebrate the festive season with a three-course meal, and entertainment including magicians, dancers, a DJ, and so much more!

Cancellation policy
5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. 5.2. If the Organiser cancels: 5.2.1. More than thirty days before the event, a refund of the total fee will be provided, excluding the non-refundable flat fee of the deposit. 5.2.2. Less than thirty days before the event, the whole 40% deposit paid to secure the booking will not be refundable.

May 2024Called in last weekend due to a Di2 emergency and the whole team could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The cafe/shop has a great atmosphere and the coffee and cake were delicious too! Highly recommend The Archive to any cyclist (or coffee & cake enthusiast) in the area :)

January 2024Great service and pricing for my various bike maintenance and changes. Really friendly team that are dedicated cyclists and happy to talk about options if you are changing or upgrading your bike. Multiple visits and still happy. They also have a great coffee cafe, so a good ride stop if you are doing a local loop.

April 2024Very disappointing. My food arrived before my drink and when the drink finally came 22 mins after ordering, it was wrong. Seating is also poor for a room that large. e.g The seating arrangement is for large groups of people with tables either up to your neck height or down at your ankles making it very inconvenient to eat properly. FYI - Google advertises it as a cafe, but it's more a coffee shop for cyclists with the odd cake / sandwich. Staff were friendly enough though but the speed of service was lacking.
