Cancellation policy
If the Event is cancelled the deposit paid is non-refundable, and if you decide to reschedule more than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, then your Event deposit can be applied toward a future Event date within six (6) months of the originally scheduled date. Any deposit not used within six (6) months of the original Event date will be forfeited by Client and retained by TOCA Social. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event the Client is responsible for the contracted Event Agreement amount and any applicable catering minimums that the client has booked for

August 2024The perfect experience! Booking online was simple - plenty of options to customise your booking. Thought the price was really reasonable. Upon arrival, the staff were really friendly, attentive & in abundance. They explained everything really clearly and were constantly around to top up drinks! Luke, the manager, also ensured we were looked after and did a fantastic job. The food was great too, we actually ate her twice in the same day, as we played the game & had some food, then went off for a few drinks elsewhere before returning to watch the Villa v Arsenal game on the big screen, where we ate again! Both times the food came out quick, was faultless, and had a real interesting variety on the menu. It also had great veggie/vegan options too. We had 3 women in our group, all of which aren't into football whatsoever but they absolutely loved it! When setting up the game, there was different skill levels available including the option for under 13's, which makes it a bit of fun for everyone. Well worth visiting, we will definitely be going back! Thanks Toca!

September 2024Had a really fun time here for my brothers birthday. I’m not a hugely into football, but really enjoyed myself. I would definitely recommend going. We had food and drink. Food was lovely. They are small portions but we shared 4 lots of food between 3 of us. And we were satisfied. Staff were also absolutely lovely
