In the heart of Covent Garden and set in London’s original flower market, London Transport Museum has three unique event spaces available for hire.

The interactive Museum Galleries can be hired before public opening for naturally lit breakfasts under the Victorian glass roof, and after hours for memorable evening events. Guests enter through the immersive World City Walkway and then have exclusive access to two floors of London’s rich transport history. Highlights include an iconic collection of red Routemaster buses, early Tube carriages and an Elizabeth Line driving experience. The quintessential backdrop is complimented by integrated branding opportunities and bespoke menus delivered by some of London’s finest caterers, carefully selected due to their excellence. The Galleries can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, 400 guests for standing receptions and 200 guests for seated presentations.

The Cubic Theatre is a purpose-built auditorium featuring 110 distinctive moquette seats, perfect for conferences, training sessions and film screenings. A high-spec short throw projector ensures slick presentations, whilst a DCI/DCP projector and Dolby Digital surround sound offers a full cinema experience. The adjoining Foyer can be used for registration, catering and breakouts with great branding opportunities. All guests are welcomed to visit the Galleries, making for inspiring break times.

Hidden below the famous cobbles of Covent Garden piazza sits the Cubic Foyer. This recently renovated space offers a private meeting setting with distinctive moquette seats for up to 20 guests in boardroom layout or 15 guests in U-shape layout.

Large display screens can be used to showcase company logos and play presentations or videos, with support available from our Technical team.

The versatile space allows delegates to use the Foyer for workshop activity and a purpose-built magnetic wall can be used for displaying group work, brainstorms or paper-based presentations. London Transport Museum work with Benugo to offer a wide range of fresh and seasonal menus throughout your day or for an evening reception.

All guests benefit from complimentary access to the Museum Galleries during break times, ensuring inspiring and interactive meetings to remember.

First time here for me but most definitely will not be the last. So much to see and do. A perfect place to round off my weekend at Acton Depot Museum and a Hidden London tour at Baker Street Station. The Museum has a well stocked shop and an extensive book section of which I could easily have spent 2 hours looking. Complete with a cafeteria and friendly staff makes for a great day out. Thank you

Wonderful collection of vehicles. Fascinating to learn about the history of transport in London. So much to read, absorb which was difficult on the hottest day of the year as there was no air conditioning. Ticket price is same as annual ticket so if you live in London we'll worth a 2nd visit. Very clean and tidy.

Went on a Sunday at 11:00 and it was busy, but not overrun. There is a lot to do for both adults and children of most ages. Exhibitions are of a high standard and there are lots of opportunities for photos. Staff are polite and professional. The museum isn’t sprawling so it is easy to get round within 2-3hrs, but it is well worth further trips using the annual pass.

The London Transport Museum is an intriguing and fantastic place to learn about the history of transportation in London. I believe it's an excellent destination for families with young children, and there are toilets and a cafe on site. However, my only complaint about my visit is that the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.
