Merchants' Hall, Private Dining Space

Set in the heart of historic Clifton, the entire hall is made available exclusively to your party during the day. The Reception Room, with paintings and antiques and natural light; the Dining Room, seating up to 100 guests with French doors leading out onto the terrace, the beautiful walled garden and the smaller upstairs meeting rooms are all yours.

Over the years, many fine functions have been held in the dining room, hosting distinguished guests, including royalty. At one end of the room is the Merchant Venturers’ Coat of Arms saved from the original hall in King Street, which was bombed in World War II. From an intimate dinner to a grand banquet this provides a delightful setting.
