Quite a spacious cinema with 3-4 floors and multiple screening rooms. Toilets are too small for the size of the place. Visited it on a Sunday and the place was dirty. All chairs were covered on popcorn, which meant they are not cleaned in between screenings. The floor was all dirty, a few escalators were off and the floor of their largest bathroom was completely flooded reminding me of a cheap club.

Disgusting state of the theatre (screen 6). Tickets were at 7:30 and we found seats/floor absolutely dirty and packed with food leftovers. To the point that we had to move them to be able to sit. They ran out of Coca Cola in both drink dispensers and few other drinks as well as ice. Nothing was done or said to help! Many people recording, using phones and torches, talking and being loud during the movie and staff did nothing at all! Absolutely disappointed with my first and last experience. I can understand that movies might run behind schedule sometimes but ads and trailers were going for 30 mins that could have been used to clean the space.
