China Exchange is an exceptional venue in the centre of London's Chinatown. We are based in the iconic former BT Telephone Exchange in Gerrard Street, only minutes from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. As well as offering our dynamic programme of charitable activities, we have three stunning floors of light, airy and versatile space available for hire. China Exchange is the ideal location for Drinks and receptions, Lectures and talks, Performances, Workshops and training sessions, Exhibitions, Product and press launches, Film, TV and radio recordings.
We offer dry hire and fully flexible to cater to any type of event.
This floor is an open plan space profiting from high ceilings and the generous provision of natural light from four tall windows overlooking Chinatown. Suited to workshops, conferences, product launches, trade shows, exhibitions receptions and so on.

Cancellation policy
50% deposit required to secure a booking. Cancellations are to be made in writing. If cancelling with more than 6 weeks' notice, the deposit will be refunded (minus any event costs that China Exchange has incurred on a hirer's behalf that cannot be recouped).

July 2024Hired Moonchu Hall for an evening to host a school prom and the venue was wonderful! The staff were incredibly lovely and super helpful with transporting some of our things afterwards as well!
