A great place for a kids birthday party. We held more than one party here ( 7 year old and 11 year old birthday parties). The booking process is easy and straightforward. The team is fantastic in accommodating requests regarding numbers and dietary requirements even 48 hours prior to party. On the day- the kids had loads of fun and the pizza was delicious. Room was well set up and staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Decent size place and plenty of trampolines to jump on. I was a little worried about the poor reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. My daughter absolutely loved it and we’ll definitely be back. The only minor issue was that it’s quite warm in there and having to exit or access lockers via the cafe felt unnecessarily long winded. Staff were all very polite and friendly too.

My 2 year old loves this place! Visited twice, more recently with family with young baby. Cafe well stocked and reasonably priced. Will be attending mid-week sessions more often! Would like to see more baby changing facilities available, only found 1 in women’s toilets near upstairs cafe - would be beneficial to have one installed in men’s too!

Very dissatisfied and expensive for the value/quality of the park. Had booked online for 2 hours we were travelling from Bournemouth for a day out. When arrived at the building, it was much smaller than advertised online. The photos online were very misleading. Due to the size of the park, I asked the receptionists if I could get refunded for the 2nd hour. They said this was not an option and gave me a voucher for less than I paid for - this voucher was only to be used at the Southampton park, which is ridiculous as the reason I wanted a refund in the first place was because it small and did not have a form pit ect like other parks. In hindsite, should have done more in depth research into this prior to booking. If it was just the size of the park, it probably would've still been enjoyable. However, the actual trampolines to bounce on, are utterly awful. For an adult, you cannot get any height. They feel very worn and have lost their spring and probably needed replacing a while ago. In addition to this, the toilets were unhygienic and not looked after. We were also taken into our session 5 minutes late. If you're booking for little kids who can play on the soft play/jump on the mini trampolines, this is probably a fine place to go. However if you're any older/taller than a small child, I would strongly recommend an alternative park.

Shambles, arrived to have a day out with my partner and son (4) who has additional needs. Now im not sure about everyones child but ours likes us to be together when we go to places. Looked amazing when we first got in to then be told we are not allowed to bounce on the trampolines together, understandable if it was busy but there was 1 other child using the whole facility. My son does not understand that we can't bounce with him, we tried to explain to the staff we wouldnt be wreckless and understand that we aren't allowed to bounce up really high due to possibly injuring him which is fair enough but to not be able to even hold his hands and bounce a little bit is ridiculous. What is the point in offering a carers ticket if you cannot care for the person you've paid full price for? Only one adult allowed in the inflatable part, after turning the socks inside out they then tell us only one can go in - again - understandable if it was busy, but the 1 other child in the building was in the softplay area. Surely we can be trusted to keep our own child safe? We understand rules are rules but then to have a member of staff constantly watching us like hawks just made us feel uncomfortable for the duration. Paid for 3 hour session & socks to push out 1 hour to try and atleast justify the hour drive and cost of the session. We then thought we would go and get a drink and some food to see the cafe was closed? No warning when we came in that this was the case. Went back down for another bounce to then have someone else on duty who said we can bounce but you can't take your feet off the trampoline, as you can imagine it was an interesting way of bouncing 😅 When I asked if they were always this strict or is it a case of booking onto one of the SEND sessions to have a little bit of leeway with bouncing etc we were told you don't have to bounce on the trampoline to go into the other part you can just climb over the wall. Not much use for a 4 year old. Feel sorry for the staff as they were really nice and I'm sure they're often put in this position. More than likely a great place for neurotypical children or children that can just go off without being supervised / wanting their parents company but if you have a child that likes to bounce with you / hold your hands or who needs extra supervision I'd avoid.
