Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for your peace of mind: • You can cancel your reservation up to seven days before the booking date and receive a full refund of your £10 deposit per person. • If you need to reduce the number of guests, you may do so up to 48 hours before the reservation time, and your deposit will remain fully refunded. • Please note that any changes made within 48 hours of the reservation may result in a partial deduction from your deposit. For private parties with room hire fee’s payable as the deposit: • Cancel your booking at least 7 days prior and you'll receive a full refund of your room hire fee. • Unfortunately, cancellations made after this 7 day window will not qualify for a refund of the room hire fee.
Other rules
0900-1200 for pre-booked corporate meetings only. For regular restaurant use and parties, we are open from 1200 daily until 2230, apart from Saturdays which are open later until 2330.

Kate was fabulous! Very attentive and friendly, not the first time as we’ve been served by her before and as usual she was great. 100% reccomend the Seven Stars for a special occasion or just to go out and have some quality food with great atmosphere!

Amazing place! I was part of a team taking part in a big event, and we had a pit stop there for all the crew. The food ordered for our teams was delicious, well presented on the buffet table, the outside quiosk was beautifully decorated that i fell in love, it felt like a wedding area. Outside has lots of seating area and the main restaurant is gorgeous. The staff who were assigned to us were friendly, polite, and had a big smile all the time. I was really impressed with the entire service and food. Thank you.

A great welcome with a lovely atmosphere. Kate was very welcoming, gave us extra time to look over the menu and told us the specials and what was running low. Kate was very attentive, popping over regularly to see if everything was OK and if we required any more drinks etc. Kate was polite, friendly, chatty and always had a lovely smile. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a good evening. We had the slow cooked lamb and it was absolutely gorgeous, cooked to perfection. Followed by toffee apple crumble with clotted cream ice-cream. Seven stars is always in my top 3 picks for eating out. With it's beautiful decor, helpful & friendly staff and a variety of tasty food, you cannot beat this restaurant for an enjoyable evening. Thank you again Kate for being amazing. We look forward to coming again soon.
