Cancellation policy
At Cocktail Akademia, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, due to the nature of event planning, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations Made More Than One Month in Advance: * If you need to cancel your booking more than one month before the event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 2. Cancellations Made Within One Month to One Week Before the Event: * If you cancel your booking between one month and one week prior to the event date, 50% of your deposit will be refundable. 3. Cancellations Made Less Than One Week Before the Event: * If you cancel your booking less than seven days before the event date, no refund will be issued for the deposit. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing and sent to [email protected] to ensure proper documentation and processing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

June 2024My partner and I had our first date here and had the best first date ever! The staff were great and friendly and the cocktails were delicious. The atmosphere is very chill and the lighting low and romantic. We just returned after 6 months and we were not disappointed. We had a brilliant time and the staff were different but just as lovely and friendly as previously. Really would recommend for a date night.

December 2023only visited the lounge area upstairs rather than the more club-vibe downstairs, but the atmosphere was really nice. Staff were absolutely fantastic, our server Michael was genuinely one of the best I've ever had and his recommendations were really good. The drinks are probably the nicest you'll get in Bromley, and honestly really reasonably priced for the quality. The Turkish delight themed drink was my fave of the evening but everything I tried was lovely.

November 2023Service was excellent. Amazing choice of cocktails. I was not sure about visiting as it is a bit secluded but so glad I did. If you want a decent cocktail and a relaxed place, I definitely recommend. Staff are fabulous. Recommend.

March 2024Visited Cocktail Akademia for the first time with my friends, and the atmosphere was calming & relaxed with lovely decor, along with soft lighting and attentive staff who takes your order at your table & drinks are brought over so you don't have to get up & queue I will add some of the cocktails/ glasses of champagne can be a little on the pricy side for bromley, However, the ones we had were lovely 👌. I'd Defo recommend popping in for yourselves to grab a classy n quiet drink. NB: If you do have any mobility issues, the main cocktail bar is upstairs, and there isn't a lift, so bear that in mind if you're planning to visit. I had a loveky relaxing evening 🙌👌

June 2024For this review, Food = Drink (1 star) Really nice place, clean, amazing toilets and nice staff, but the music is way too loud and the drinks are outrageously expensive. £15.20 for a single drink that consists of 90% ice. Sure happy hour is 2 for 1 but still not worth it.
