Syon House is the spectacular London home of the Duke of Northumberland. The house was built in the sixteenth century on the site of the Medieval Syon Abbey, and came to the family of the present owners in 1594. Syon has many layers of history and has seen some profound changes over the centuries
From time to time for very special events, it is possible to hire the larger open green spaces – the Lime Avenue, The Helicopter Field, the Twenty Acre/Farmer’s field, the enclosed Wilderness or the South Lawn. These areas are suitable for grand balls, exhibitions/trade shows, conferences, fashion shows, teambuilding and other events.
We like well-managed, creative events – and we are definitely open to interesting ideas. Every event is considered on its own merits, and facility fees are calculated on an individual basis. For example, ideas for outdoor pursuits are: Falconry, Ferret racing, Laser clay shooting, Crossbow, Archery, Duck herding, Dog handling, Segway course.

Syon house is a wonderful attraction. The tour guide takes 90 min. If you don't like long explanations book a day with free entry, but know that you might miss the knowledge ... Up to you. It's beautiful anyway and don't miss the gardens. Give yourself 2.5 hours and enjoy.
