Hi, I stayed 4 days in Hilton Bournemouth. The room with the balcony very nice and clean and the house keeping lady from Ukraine very kind and helpful, cleaning and changing everything carefully. And the breakfast was good and Kian was great and caring. We had our Christmas diner in the restaurant, try the beef brisket and Turkey - it was great and manager was very caring too. Thank you Hilton and see you in June.

Breakfast, gym, staff, room, service, everything was spot on! Service was really good with all staff extremely pleasant. We broke a glass and had cleaner, young woman with glasses come clean the room, forgot to get her name. She was absolutely amazing, extremely polite and professional and went well out of her way to ensure we were happy!

Good hotel and nice room. Just make sure they don’t charge service charge when ordering at the bar and collecting your own drinks and taking them to your table yourself. Apart from that not a bad hotel.

Hotel overall experience was surprisingly good. I went for a girls spa weekend and fully enjoyed it. Hotel rooms were modern and spacious. Hotel restaurant food was delicious and not too expensive and the hotel entertainment made our stay memorable. There were a few minor issues staff were a bit slow to serve at restaurants and they ran out of robes for the spa however it was a very busy weekend so I do hope the hotel resolve these small snagging issues. Good hotel, affordable prices, and good location.

Nice hotel, rooms and location. But be warned the car park is a rip off at £15 and that even if the hotel registered your number plate on arrival. Sadly this was not the case for me and was presented with a £40 parking charge on exit. I suspect this was down to the front desk person being to interested with the incoming call on his mobile. Shame really, generally a nice hotel.
