Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total contracted revenue will apply. If the event/booking is cancelled within 30 to 14 days of the arrival date the Hotel’s cancellation policy is 95% on the contracted accommodation and room hire revenue and 70% on contracted food and beverage revenue. If cancellation is within 14 days then 100% of the contracted total revenue will be charged if facilities and related services are not re-sold. 21 Cancellations, postponements or partial cancellations, must be notified by the Client to the Hotel both verbally and in writing at which stage you will be advised of a cancellation reference number and an estimate of the cancellation charge. 22 The final cancellation charge will be advised to you after the intended date of the event, when the estimated cancellation charge will be reduced by the amount of equivalent business that we have been able to secure to replace your cancelled reservation.

September 2024Course is great apart from tee boxes that are so uneven. Rooms are good, bar is open until you go to bed and takes cash unlike some other course bars. Food was good but needed to be a bit more on the plate. Had a great time

September 2024What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff couldn't help me more. Perfect place for business or pleasure. Excellent Wi-Fi and table for working on. Good coffee In the rooms. Went for a run around the local villages which are stunning, and chilled out in the sauna after. Enjoyed a steak at the bar which came under my companies food cost limit. Will definitely come again. Thank you

September 2024Lovely surroundings outside and beautifully modern inside. Staff attentive and happy. The food was second to none. I must have lost touch with hotel bar prices though - 2 x gin & tonic, 1 x vodka & tonic plus a coke cost £28 something. That didn't encourage me back to the bar.

August 2024Played with 3 mates just for 1 round, nice course and pretty good practice facilities, grass driving range which was a nice touch. Course in pretty good condition for August and some holes had spectacular views! The 1st cut of rough was a little long so we lost a few balls where it had just rolled off the fairway which was pretty annoying! But overall a pretty nice place

September 2024The room was clean and serviced well, the food was good and well cooked. The service on the whole was attentive and reasonably quick. The golf courses were in good condition although the Valley course is very tight c as nd golfer need to learn to shout ‘fore’ if in doubt. Two free drinks per person in our group (you are having a laugh) can’t have a Guinness, bottled coke, proper real ale, spirits, WHAT A BLOODYJOKE.
