An Indo-Chinese Brasserie in the heart of Westminster!
Undisputedly the most modern and alluring Chinese city in the 1930s, Shanghai was a seductive concoction of glamour and sin, prompting some to call it “The Paris of the East“. The arriving Art Deco style was reinterpreted with more sumptuous Chinese materials like lacquer, ivory, local woods and silks and created a sensual experience like no other.
Imagine Shanghai at night – the full moon all-knowing behind fleeting clouds... occasionally allowing you a glance into the mysterious world of gangsters and showgirls, frequenting the
many cabarets, dance halls, elite ballrooms and glitzy restaurants... or brothels...
A hub for artists and celebrities, the trendiest city in Asia truly became a legendary place with its East meets West ambience and endless opportunities.
Let us lift the veil to the world of Shanghai Noir...
In a world where culinary artistry meets unparalleled luxury, our Indo-Chinese restaurant stands as a beacon of exceptional fine dining. We invite you to join us and immerse yourself in a realm of gastronomic delight, where every moment is infused with the essence of indulgence and refinement.

Very welcoming and attentive service. The food was great, be warned the chilli chicken is very spicy... so have a.glass.of water nearby. The best dish was the garlic prawn starter, well balanced and lovely textures.

There are a few one star reviews of this place, and so this review is based on my visit. We were a party of 8 and booked a table for 5.30 but changed to a later time. We turned up late, but they were understanding and accommodating. On the whole the food was good. Some of our party wasn't keen on some dishes and they have limited gluten-free dishes. However, the chilli lamb was excellent. The service was very good, and they went out of the way when more members of our group dropped in. We made use of the 50% off September deal, and so the price represents excellent value. I would recommend.

portion size hello????? they’re charging £18 for 2 scallops on one shell?! the menu also says “whole sea bream” but when we asked the waiter he said they chop the head off so pretty much half a fish… if anyone knows chinese cuisine they would know that the whole fish is always served… extremely upselling the items on the menu just to give a 50% off discount is hella sus, you can get a better chinese takeaway quite literally for less, next door at fei er cottage :/ hope they increase their portion sizes soon because the dishes concepts are there just lacking substance 😕
