June 2024Had an amazing stay here! Hotel was clean, water pressure was strong, had a well functioning air conditioning, and the dryer in the room was powerful enough to dry my waist-long hair in 10-15 minutes. The staff were super attentive and friendly too! I also asked for an extra bed, and was pleasantly surprised to find the bed very comfortable, unlike some hotels where they would just throw on a 2cm thick mattress on a steel frame.

July 2024Great hotel! Especially the helpful staff there. Definitely will visit next time. We checked out in the morning and were planning to leave London. However, my family didn’t feel well at the time. The hotel graciously provided us to rest for an hour, and my family felt much better. We couldn’t imagine what we would have done without the help from the hotel staff. Aside from that, the hotel has a great location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

You really feel taken care of. The rooms are spotless. The small kitchen is a mega bonus. The location is perfect. Walk or cab or subway to dozens of shops, sights and fabulous restaurants

September 2024Great hotel in the Heart of Soho. Plush carpeting throughout the hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette with microwave, plates 🍽 and silverware, Nespresso Coffee ☕️ Machine & Tea Kettle. Brita Filtered Water 💧 on Tap. Standard Double Rooms are quite small with very little room to get around the Bed. Great Location though!!!!
