Fare Restaurant + Bar is a relaxed stylish eatery located near Farringdon & Clerkenwell. Our venue is easily accessible, only a 5-minute walk to Farringdon & Old Street tube station. With its two distinct levels, Fare offers a dynamic experience. The lower ground floor showcases an inviting main dining room, while the ground floor presents a casual eating area seamlessly connected to the ground floor terrace, where you can savour the fresh air.
We work with our guests to bespoke their experience, whether it's a sit-down dinner or more relaxed canapé receptions, we are able to work around you to make your event a memorable experience!
With all types of catering available from coffee and tea service with pastries to canapé and bowl food and 4-course sharing or set menus, FARE is the ideal venue for every event.
FARE’s menu style is modern-European small plates supplemented by the hottest pizza oven in town. For larger groups we offer fantastic family-style feasts or Aperitivo-style platters.

December 2024We held our team Christmas lunch at FARE. We hired out the Wine Room which is downstairs, Janka and her team were super helpful in getting the event organised. It took a lot of planning for 40 people who kept changing their minds and the team were great. The venue was superb, decorated extremely well, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The food and drinks packages ordered were just right for our needs and we were able to work within our budget. I highly recommend this venue for corporate and social events!

November 2024We got married at Fare in October, 2024. We hired the whole venue and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the day. The decor of the venue is already so lovely that hardly any decorations were needed. The upstairs was a great hosting space leading on to a very useful outdoor space that was well used during the day. The wine room where we had our wedding breakfast was cosy and intimate. Leading up to the day Janka was a fantastic planner to work with, always very responsive and helpful suggestions using her experience with past weddings. Every single staff member were welcoming and accommodating, our guests loved the food and the fantastic presentation. We had a great party and the staff packed up our decoration on our behalf which we were able to pick up the week after. We can’t thank you guys enough and we look forward to celebrating many wedding anniversaries with you guys. We would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue, not only for the venue itself but for the people involved in helping us organise and making sure the day itself ran smoothly.

October 2024The lovely FARE team hosted us for a community event, and we couldn't have asked for more! The food was incredible, the staff was friendly and helpful and the overall vibe of the venue was perfect for a chilled yet upscale networking evening with industry leaders. We received tons of positive feedback about the evening and we couldn't recommend FARE more for business events. The venue fits up to 180 for a standing reception and it's very versatile depending on what your objectives are for your event.
