November 2024Just wanted to say the two managers on desk duty were a comedy duo !Very friendly and funny , just what you need when checking in . Brilliant ! They need a compliment from higher management because they really make the hotel a more pleasurable experience .

The rooms were comfortable and met the high standards I’ve come to expect. What stood out the most was the night staff, who were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just as I requested in my booking. Their attentiveness and commitment to getting things right made a significant difference. Overall, I had an enjoyable and satisfying stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

October 2024The rooms were clean but in need of an update. Shower good, Dove toiletries provided.Breakfast wasn't a great experience. Food wasn't great quality. Dirty plates were not cleared as guests left, it was left to pile up, and the guests coming in later had to move them to another table to clear theirs. There is no excuse for this as there were plenty of staff on hand who could have cleared the tables as guests finished. For what we paid, it was an okay hotel. I'm not sure I'd stay again, though.
