Stayed here a few times for work. Lovely rooms, shower especially is really nice. Had a great nights sleep every time. Restaurant is good as well. Looking forward to coming back.

I stayed at the Hilton Syon over the May bank holiday weekend. I have to say it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was fantastic had an amazing massage and then used the sauna and Jacuzzi afterwards. The best part about the visit was the staff. I have to give a special mention to Mao at the front desk. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He is a true asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

The breakfast was great, but the lack of customer care from the staff that we encountered made the stay feel very average. I was promised a birthday package but never received this. As a first stay customer, I was left to work out the location of bedrooms and restaurant. The spa staff were great, but overall, the other staff at the front desk could do better.

Stayed here happily on a number of occasions over the years the grounds are beautiful , however have to say increasingly seen a massive decline in the hotel infrastructure and service, unfortunately this will be my last stay as this was totally unacceptable. Middle of summer and the air conditioning on the highest setting would not cool the room. Instead we were given 2 tower fans for the evening. The staff could only offer a change of room the following morning. Such a disappointment as this was a stay to celebrate a birthday.

Families with children do not book here. I made a reservation at this hotel for the last two nights of a trip with our family. The idea was to reward our son for all of his budget stays with a lovely time in a nice hotel with a pool. My reservation confirmation, after I paid in full, stated that he was not allowed in the pool as he is under 18. I quickly went to cancel the reservation within a day of my booking but the hotel would not issue a refund even after the booking website tried to help. Plenty of other nice hotels in the area. .
